Claudia was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, where she obtained her Veterinary Degree and worked with large animals for 3 years. She has loved animals her entire life and has never met one she did not love! Claudia has been working with animals since 1998 and moved to Toronto in 2005. Her experiences have given her a unique understanding of animals, their nature, and the special connection they have with their owners and families. Her goal is to make sure people know that their pets are in good hands and that we do everything possible to make sure they return home in good health as soon as possible. Claudia is happy to be part of the VERHWT team and to have the opportunity to contribute with her 20 years of customer service experience. In her free time, she likes to bike along lakeshore, watch Netflix, and paint!
